These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your communications with Two Painted Ladies, LLC dba Pinot's Palette Naperville ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.

SMS/Text Messaging Program Terms

Pinot's Palette Naperville offers text messaging for customer care and studio updates — for example, booking links you request during a call, confirmations that we received your message, and reservation or class updates.

• Opt-in. You can opt in by submitting your phone number through the chat widget on this website, or by giving verbal consent during a phone call with our studio.
• Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and reservations.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe and send no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Help. Reply HELP for assistance, call us at (331) 457-5440, or email naperville@pinotspalette.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reservations & Studio Policies

Class reservations, cancellations, refunds, and private party bookings are handled through our studio. A full refund is available with at least 48 hours' notice before a class; reservations can be held or transferred with at least 24 hours' notice. Private parties require 10 business days' notice of cancellation for a deposit refund. For questions about any reservation, call (331) 457-5440.

Use of This Website

This website is the official studio information site for Pinot's Palette Naperville. Content is provided for general information about our studio, classes, and events. Class bookings are completed through the Pinot's Palette class calendar.

Limitation of Liability

This website and our messaging programs are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Painted Ladies, LLC is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or from delayed or undelivered messages.
